Double storey stand - upper space: + 50 % from space rate
Applications sent by April 30th will be granted with 10% reduction from the base prices (when the payment for the registration fee was received). The base prices remain valid until May 31st 2009, then will be increased 10% for the applications received after this date.
All prices without 19 % VAT.

Registration Fee
Each exhibitor and co-exhibitor shall pay a registration fee in the amount of CZK 5000 plus 19 % VAT.
The registration fee includes all listing in the catalogue and listing on the fair Internet web pages.

Forwarding Agent
BECK SPEDITION will be at your service with their complete range of services before, during and after the fair, taking care of all forwarding matters as well as the customs formalities. They also supply staff for unpacking and repacking, lifting equipment and store your empties during the fair.

Accommodation
Upon request we will send you a list of hotels and guest houses of various price categories in the immediate neighbourhood of the fairground and a reservation form of our contractual accommodation office.

The trade fair AQUA-THERM Praha is accompanied every year by one of the largest advertising campaigns in the trade fair sector. The targeted communication strategy includes all marketing channels TV, radio, ads in professional magazines and the daily press, internet, and outdoor advertising. All major industry periodicals announce AQUA-THERM Praha in advance. Prior to the event, intensive communication takes place to get the word out to special newspaper supplements and the editorial departments of news programs on TV and radio.

Associated Programme
As the general public devotes increasing attention to energy conservation, the popularity enjoyed by the expert program that accompanies our trade fair is also growing from year to year. The lectures are conceived with a view to the needs and interests of both the professional and the layperson, and entry to the lecture hall is free for all visitors. The alternative-fuel car segment "Auto Alternativa" and the segment "Low-Energy Construction Technology" are again a part of the program to this year's AQUA-THERM Praha.
