Important message to exhibitors of the fairs Aqua-therm Praha and Aqua-therm Nitra
In addition to many other firms, the company Construct Data GmbH offers exhibitors entries in trade fair catalogues. We would like to inform you that when making catalogues for our own fairs Aqua-therm, Progres Partners Advertising s.r.o. acts wholly independently, and it has no connection whatsoever with the company Construct Data Verlag GmbH, which operates the Internet page Fair Guide. We have not permitted this company to use our name or trademarks in their advertising. In the case of the published advertisement of the company Construct Data GmbH, this is not our official trade fair catalogue nor official trade fair catalogue of our trade fair ordered by us. The unsolicited offer forms sent out were often filled in mistakenly and signed with the understanding that the entry in the so-called Fairguide was to be made free of charge. But in reality, costs exceeding 2,900 Euro are evident from the text in fine print. As the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) has informed, on the basis of the court ruling issued, there exists no legal claim against the customer, even in the eventuality that he signed the offer form. Registration Fee
Each exhibitor and co-exhibitor shall pay a registration fee in the amount of 130 EUR plus 19 % VAT.
The registration fee includes all listing in the catalogue and listing on the fair Internet web pages.

HEIGHT LIMIT OF STANDS
Superstructures exceeding the locally permitted height limit of stands /3 m/ will require a written authorisation by Progres Partners Advertising.

TRUCK ENTRY PERMISSION (for customs clearance purposes)
Truck drivers will receive permission from the staff and will be shown the way to the CENTRUMSPED at the entrance truck.

Promotion
PROGRES PARTNERS will prepare and carry out a complete and target group-oriented advertising concept for AQUA-THERM PRAHA. Besides the classic media (TV, radio, press, posters etc.) there will be many other kinds of advertising facilities at exhibitors disposal.

Public relations
A press center will be arranged during the fair. Exhibitors will have the opportunity of placing their company materials there.
The professional, economic and daily press will of course be continually informed about the event before the fair. PROGRES PARTNERS welcomes in advance any information from the fair which might be used in cooperation with journalists.

Forwarding Agent
CENTRUMSPED Co. Ltd. will be at your service with their complete range of services before, during and after the fair, taking care of all forwarding matters as well as the customs formalities. They also supply staff for unpacking and repacking, lifting equipment and store your empties during the fair.

Accommodation
Your accommodation in Prague during the fair Aqua-therm can be reserved by our contractual accommodation office AVE Travel, which will provide exhibitors and visitors of the trade fair AQUA-THERM with a 10% discount on the official prices.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

• On Monday 21.11. 2005 and on Saturday 26.11. 2005, for the reasons of traffic control only vehicles up to a weigh of 3,5 t will be permitted access to the premises of the Exhibition Grounds.
  
  
• Inform the installation firm which installs your stand that when sticking carpets to the floor of the hall, it must stick paper tape on double-sides tape (as a result of removal after dismantling). If this instruction in not adhered to, you will be charged for the costs of removal.
  
  
• Only non-flammable materials may be used for stand setting-up according to the Czech fire-police norm CSN 730823.
  
  
• In case of a stand consisting of more than one storey, a report from a structural engineer is required. Please the copy of document send to Progres Partners Adv.

• Inform the installation firm which installs your stand - mainly atypical stands:
  All material used during construction must be removed from the Exhibition Grounds by the installation firm. It is forbidden to place construction materials in the waste bins (with the exception of minor waste). It is possible to liquidate this waste via the organiser of the trade fair for a fee agreed in advance.
