Kindly accept my invitation to the 12^th annual AQUA-THERM Nitra trade show. I am well aware that the complex economic situation in recent months, which has affected the Slovak market, as well as the rest of the world, is forcing you to consider each and every expenditure. At the same time, however, I would like to remind you that attending a trade show is one of the most effective marketing investments, as no other form of marketing communication allows you to be in personal contact with such a large number of potential customers and business partners in one place.

AQUA-THERM Nitra is currently the most important trade show in the field of HVAC in Slovakia. The event's prominence was confirmed by the trade show's record year last year, when it expanded despite the onset of economic problems. The net size of the exhibition area increased from 3,918 square meters in the preceding year to 4,326 square meters, and the number of direct exhibitors grew. The opportunity to see products offered by several dozen companies and to obtain detailed information directly from manufacturers, combined with increasing efforts to reduce heat, gas, and water expenditures are motivation for visiting the event.

Advertising and Public Relations
Progres Partners Advertising, s. r. o. is preparing an advertising campaign for the trade fair which focuses primarily on specialist visitors. For promotion it is utilising the specialist magazines published in Slovakia and in neighbouring countries. It is working closely with the specialist guarantors of the trade fair. In addition to press advertisements, it will send out invitations to the trade fair to 20.000 addresses. Exhibitors can receive vouchers (which can be exchanged for free tickets) and send them out to their business partners.

The theme that the trade fair AQUA-THERM deals with is also naturally interesting for the consumer. For this reason the trade fair organiser is also concentrating on promotion of the trade fair in daily newspapers and magazines. Advertising spots on Slovak TV and radio will also invite visitors to the exhibition. Posters, billboards and advertising signs will also be put up throughout Slovakia.

Progres Partners Advertising is also working closely with journalists. In addition to the holding of press conferences, it is sending out reports on the preparation of the trade fair to editorial offices, and in co-operation with Agrokomplex Nitra, it is organising a press centre for them for the duration of the trade fair. Exhibitors can place their promotional material in the press centre free of charge.

The organiser of AQUA-THERM welcomes any interesting information from exhibitors which could be given to journalists before the trade fair starts.
